The physiotherapy service that I provide, involves a very hands on approach, using a variety of skills, including acupuncture.

I treat all ages, from sporty children, to the elderly with mobility issues. A thorough detailed assessment will be carried out on your first session, which will then lead onto some hands on treatments and self help advice too. I will advise you if further treatment is needed, but no pressure to book follow up sessions will be put onto you. Generally, I will see someone for 3 – 6 sessions, however, if you require monthly maintenance treatments, then I am happy to do this.

My aim is to listen to, and meet, your needs, which is why as standard my treatment sessionsare 40 minutes, as opposed to the more typical 30 minutes. I am to give you the knowledge, confidence and tools that you will need in order to manage your condition, thus enabling youto lead a happier, pain free and active life!

  • As standard, I give more time in treatment sessions. My treatment sessions are 40 minutes, compared to the typical physio treatments of 30 minutes, but with no added expense to you.

  • I have a specialism in Pre and Post Natal care 
  • I am qualified Pilates instructor

  • I am punctual, and centrally located. You can book online, call, text or email me anytime to arrange appointments. Should you require an urgent, or out of clinic time appointment, then I can be flexible to treat you on different days, or even in your home
  • I have links with orthopaedic consultants in Exeter, and  I am able to make direct referrals for MRI scans
  • Being Croyde born and bred, I am very familiar with surfing, and so have lots of experience with related injuries and specific surfing fitness techniques
